"We booked for more than a month. Initially try to book directly but when called unanswered then we decided to use EXPEDIA. Then again try to call the resort just to reassure our booking got through. Again nobody picks up the call. WhatsApp messages were late response and information was not completed as needed. I would like to get information on facilities available which I cannot find when Google. When booked only 'Full Board' is available but not the 'Full Package'. I need to know about...

"Not the most soundproof place. As it’s on the same street with various bars and restaurants, be prepared to have live music permeating through the walls until 11pm. Besides that, the place is okay. Just the floor is not cleaned. "

"Review for semporna Summary: Horrible condition. Dirty, not organized and disgusting. We walked in, the fridge, the rice cooker and rubbish bins were not clean, in fact there were food left in them and has mold all over, inside the fridge, on the dishes etc. Couldn’t unsee all the disgusting leftovers left in the fridge and kitchen. The kitchen not to mention was disgusting. Coffee stain on the kitchen top, table, cabinet, it was sticky, brown and just disgusting. Then the floor, bathroom...

"Great 3 day stay on the island - from pick up at the airport and boat transfer to the end of our stay everything was really well organised, very friendly helpful staff. Lovely large beach front chalet with balcony and sun loungers, very strong aircon and no mosquitos!! For an island I was expecting limited food quality but I was pleasantly surprised. Good local and Chinese food options, wine an drew fizzy drinks extra cost but not overpriced. The Spa was very good - new equipment in the small...

"I paid to Merchant room rate is so much higher than hotel rate. Room facility very old and spoiled aircon and need to shift room middle of the night.hard to get car park around, cause us paid parking penalty rm150. Unclear TV channel. Not worthy to paid for RM260 pernight!!! Very disappointed! "
